After many fruitless searches of EXACTLY what you mentioned in your video feed, i decided to sit down and listen to the whole thing, and within a few minutes have a much more clear and logical view of these 2 (mining / oil) industries and an understanding of WHY, OH WHY I couldn’t even get a look in. yeah, I am desperate for cash and unskilled and I will be using all your tips to get thru the Search Page Optimisation rubbish to actual job application opportunities! Well done, best wishes and MANY MANY THANKS for taking the time to explain to the ignorant out here why so many unskilled applicants hit brick walls and give up (..’get disheartened’ a better term..).

Thanks again, Mel fritz.

Oil Rig Jobs

The Troubles I Had Looking For Oil Rig Jobs

If you have been searching for entry level oil rig jobs then there is a few things you need to know before you are going to find what you are looking for!

A few years ago I was in the exact same position as you. I had just come back from a long trip overseas, I had no money and I needed to get into an industry that would pay me good wages from day one.

I knew that the mining industry paid good wages and gave you lots of time off so I started to look for jobs in the mining industry. I found it extremely difficult to find any helpful information. Every time I did an internet search for something such as entry level mining jobs, all I found was generic job search sites.

During my search for mining jobs, I stumbled across the oil and gas industry. To be honest, I didn’t really know much about either industry at the time but the one thing that I did discover is that they both pay very well and both give you lots of time off. Those were the only two things that I cared about so I started to look into the oil and gas industry as well.

As I began my search for oil rig jobs, I found that I was having the exact same problem as when I was searching for entry level mining jobs. No matter what I searched for, I consistently came up with the same search results. Either generic job search websites with nothing other than experienced or management positions available or industry specific recruitment agencies.

The recruitment agencies looked like a better option because they talked about “entry level jobs” which is what I was after but some of them were charging $250 to submit a resume and I was still no guarantee of getting a job.

I had almost given up hope of finding one of these mythical high paying mining or oil rig jobs that everyone talked about but nobody knew how to find. It was just before I was going to give up that I finally got a break!!

Entry Level Oil Rig Jobs Do Exist!

To cut a long story short, I did find an entry level position on an oil rig. At the time I didn’t really put much thought into what the difference was between what I had done to get the job and what I was doing wrong earlier. Since having worked on an oil rig, every time I tell someone what I do for a living I hear the exact same story. They tell me that they either want to or have tried getting a job in the mines or on a rig but couldn’t find entry level jobs.

After hearing the exact same story from hundreds of different people, I started to put a little thought into why people have so much trouble getting into the industry, there has to be a reason!

I spent some time asking co-workers their story of how they got into the industry and I certainly found some similarities that led me to some conclusions. But it wasn’t until later when I went back to the internet and did some more searching as though I was looking for an entry level position again that I had an epiphany and worked it out.

The reason you are having trouble finding entry level jobs is incredibly simple and actually makes a lot of sense. It makes so much sense that you will probably kick yourself for not thinking of it but it’s just one of those things that you just don’t think about until someone tells you.

Here Is How You Find Them

The funny thing about it is, even though it is such a simple reason that stops people from being able to find entry level jobs, it is enough to make 99% of people give up their search.

Understanding what is causing the problems you are having is the first thing you need to know if you are going to have any chance of getting a job. I know that understanding this one simple thing is going to save you a lot of time and hassle but most importantly it is going to stop you from giving up all together.

When I figured this out and thought about how many people would love to know the answer, I wanted to charge lots of money to give the answer away. The problem is, the answer is so simple that it just wouldn’t be ethical to charge for it.

So if you do want the answer to why you can’t find entry level oil rig jobs then all you have to do is enter your name and email in the spaces provided and I will give you the answer absolutely free.

I promise that I won’t send you spam because I hate spam just as much as you do. When you enter your name and email address you will also find other useful tips that will help you find a job such as “where you will find entry level jobs”.
